5 stars: It's been 4 days since I recharged mobile account from the app. Money deducted from my bank account. But neither mobile balance recharged not the amount added to my freecharge account. Also money not refunded to my bank account. Heard too many positives of the app but my personal experience was worst. Also I want to criticize the customer care service. There is only email conversation and sometimes email is not responded and even if it is information on it are not complete. Need immediate reply...
3 stars: Withdrawal amount never settled into my bank account, worst app I have done withdrawal of 2400 into my bank account but it's been not credited into my account, following up with customer service seems miracle to happen, don't know I will get it back or not. Will not refer anyone to opt this app for withdrawal. Worst customer service, no direct customer care phone no. As well as no mail id for escalation on any matter.
3 stars: Its a great app but only reason I gave 3 star is it don't provide any offers on Airtel numbers. Which I think is a drawback. Otherwise I could have rated 5
5 stars: One of my transaction is transferred to a fake account. I requested the free charge team to assist me recover from that person account. They acted promptly and reimbursed the amount to my account. Really appreciate the customer support team
