2 stars: AirAsia BIG apk download - I'm forcing myself to dl this app because apparently there is no option to redeem my flights online on my laptop. Have you guys ever thought about if our phone died and in need of an emergency to redeem or call customer service ? There are none. Not so clever aren't ya? What happens to having customer needs are first?
