2 stars: - Premium user. This vpn whilst having a large number of servers, has few issues in usability and performance. First, the interface is simply awful and it has been that way for ages. Secondly it crashesh a lot. Finally, it takes ages to initially load the list of servers and connect to one. If other vpn serves take 10 seconds, this takes 45 seconds to a minute. I see no reason for updating server lists everytime thw vpn is launched. I hope the issues are solved soon or I won't be a customer for lonh.
2 stars: Subscription issues - So, having subscription problems .like maybe 5 times..every 3 months or so I loose premium service...so my solution...why keep paying..customer service poor as well...two choices if you looking flashvpn perfect and fast! Free! 2. Expressvpn pretrial works nice..but pay for premium..scare to pay again..stay with flash for now...just heads up if unsatisfied!
