5 stars: - Used it for only 1 day, but found it worth 5 stars. It detects your bookings from the SMS, shows you the upcoming trips, with additional information on your destination. Shows coach position, berth position, platform information, expected delays, and much more. During the journey, it shows the current and upcoming stations and duration of halts as well.
4 stars: - Nice UI, transaction failed while booking bus ticket but in few minutes received booking confirmation. No way to rate bus experience after journey gets completed. Unable to use RY cash
2 stars: - Ordered food last night for the first time. Horribly undercooked zeera rice,chicken dish was pretty pale with light sweetness and the soan papdi was cooked using some sort of pungent vegetable/peanut oil. All in all, over charged food at 228 and no taste to back it up!!
4 stars: - Had a very bad experience while ordering online food. The app said that the food is delivered but i received a message saying that food services are available till 10pm. I searched for online food using my pnr number. The train reaches vijaywada at 10:30pm then why show food availability there.
