2 stars: - Drivers will not deliver 3.6km. Some drivers accept and then cancel causing wasted time. App then says another driver will be found but checking back 5 or 10 minutes later the order is no longer in the history. I am uninstalling as without service it is useless.

3 stars: - When will gojek support credit card payment? Your competitors had that already that payment method, now your customers stuck with gopay topup each time the balance is insufficient which is more inconvenient than credit card.
