3 stars: Point Blur (Partial blur) DSLR apk download - The app works well and has many more features than just blurring. The invading ads and obvious fake 5 star ratings cast a shadow. Used twice, uninstalling now.
5 stars: - Great to be able occasionally to focus a viewer's attention on a specific part of a photo. Easy to use and totally effective.... and doesn't erase the original. Great app!
