5 stars: I get to know so many people through this app. It's so awesome to have this opportunity. I learn so much through the interactions with the people on the app! Bumble is also very nicely set up about the personal profile. It's fun to create and update my profile. The app is very easy to use. The customer service replies quickly, friendly, and solves my problems easily. Thanks for all that, bumble.
2 stars: Very frustrating that you can't see potential matches unless you pay. So far it doesn't feel as though this app actually wants you to find matches otherwise they would make it free to see matches and therefore more likely to actually meet someone. Also agree that it should be an option for women to message first not be forced too.
2 stars: From NYC and having to airports nearby forces me to match people who don't even LIVE close. Add an advanced filter that allows u to only see people that LIVE within your specified radius. Maybe some DON'T want to waste time with travelers/passers-by. Also, experience would be more exclusive if swiping was disabled when you match with someone. No more
