4 stars: It would be five stars but there is an audio issue that causes the Bluetooth to not detect the device and instead just switches from loud speaker to phone speaker like when you're on a call where you have to put your phone up to your ear to listen. It would happen every so often, where I'd have to uninstall and reinstall to fix it. It would happen suddenly, too.
3 stars: App works intermittently, I have been a paid user for a little over a year. New issues. When you miss a call the screen no longer alerts you, it just says you have a missed notification but not actually what it is. Then I have to open my email to find the voicemail, if they left one.
2 stars: Hi, I am having technical difficulties during meetings. I can't seem to use my Bluetooth device during meetings. I tried everything from updating, rejoining the meetings, etc., and nothing helped. It looks as if the app doesn't support Bluetooth audio devices. I tried with other devices and apps. Everything works,just not with this app. Kindly resolve the issue. Thank you.
