5 stars: I really love this game and I have been playing it since release. My criticism would be that certain skins are not accessible and do not become reaccessible at any point. For instance the DC characters within the game have been since release and are now not purchasable whatsoever. Please allow players to obtain skins and characters every once in a while thank you Devs
3 stars: I wish I could give this game more. Been on a steady decline for a couple years now. Moreover, for about a year or more now (stopped playing a long time) I get an issue where the information for basically anything is obscured by untranslated text, like the heroes abilities info, the daily missions for the pass, etc. Makes it very unplayable esp. since I can't read any updates for heroes, new or old.
