5 stars: I really enjoy this app as I can connect with my idols and fellow fans! it has no ads so it s great! the only thing that I don't like is having to get a membership cause groups like black pink do everything only for fans with memberships. regardless, I really love this app and recommend it for a great fan. (make sure to turn on notifications so you're aware of when a live starts.
5 stars: it's awesome app, easy to interact with idols, the new features are always exciting, even the subtitles have started coming during live which has become easier to understand what idol is saying! I hope this app keeps on improving if any complaints so that it can become more convinent for others. Lastly this app is amazing!!!!💜💜💜
4 stars: UI problem is that even after clicking the artist's messages directly from the notification, the pending message blue dot remains on top side of the artist's/group icon. So that needs to change.
3 stars: I cannot turn off the chat during any live. I want to see the artist's face properly. Otherwise, everything is great: visual and all the updates are unique especially, the caption that is generated during the live...this was one of my dream that, what if, the subtitles were generated during the live. Hybe has excelled in technology. Thank you for the updates. 💜
