5 stars: I love PalmPay, it is a very good app, it does not have network issues their transactions is very smooth and fast. I really like how simple and user friendly the app is. It is easy to navigate and understand, even if you are tech-say. I also appreciate the security features like the ability to set pass code and fingerprint to get access to the app
4 stars: Palmpay is a very good online bank that gives its users more privilege than its other competitors. Ive been using palmpay for almost a year now, and it's very nice, I also like the new upgrades that have been made to it. What I like more about this app is that it gives its users a whooping 16% interest on the money you have there , and it's paid into your cashbox every day. The app also has other cool features. Kudos to them 👏.
4 stars: Lack of Dark mode is inconvenient. Pls consider this! Edit(1): Can you also think about the concept of pockets/budgets? Or exposing API to do basic account stuff (make/accept transfer, balance...) so a separate pocket app can utilize palmpay infrastructure and prevent bloating the main app with features
3 stars: I am unable to use the App to pay for TV subscrition, or make electricity payment since updating to the latest version (featuring dance fiesta). I can't even access my profile page or open transaction notifications. It only allows me to purchase airtime or top up funds. Once I try to do any other transaction, the only thing that pops up is Water payment which is...
