5 stars: I love Alexa! It's almost like having a friend here, playing word games and knowing the news etc. I like to set reminders for things like cooking, or a timer to switch the stove off after 20 minutes. Very useful, and nearly every time I look at the activities I find something new to try. Highly recommended! 😀 😀 😀
4 stars: This app is needed to get the most out of your Alexa devices, but it can be a bit awkward at times and the routines can't be started from all smart devices. For example, I can't turn on a smart light switch and have other smart lights come on at the same time as other apps can.
2 stars: Alexa used to work pretty well until recent updates. Now none of my Logictech remotes work. Lights problematic. I reinstall and things stop working after every random update. I have pretty much gone back to using my remotes and light switches the old fashion way. Did I contact tech support, once, and wasn't very helpful. I'm a IT guy and troubleshoot everything on my own without trying to be talked to by someone who barely speaks English.
