5 stars: Breathwork is a great introduction to relaxation through breathing. It's a wonderful app to help you deal with stress and anxiety better. There are so many great exercises they have for free but when you're ready to take it to the next level, their premium features are awesome! It's rare to find a company that listens to it's customers like Breathwork.
4 stars: Functionally, it performs very well. No errors thus far. My only gripe is that the suggestion to upgrade to the paid version is a bit overbearing. Also its distracting and disappointing to see ALL of the 🔐 locked items which are unavailable. Its a bit upsetting for an app designed with intent to help you.
4 stars: Love the app so much I got a paid subscription! Unfortunately, the app somehow has locked the notifications. The option to turn them on is greyed out. I've tried everything.
3 stars: This is a super useful app with just the free version. However, my experience is not the greatest and it makes me not want to pay 45$ for the premium service. The sounds of the inhale often just sound as if it's repeating and being placed infront rather than smooth transitions. It's distracting. As well it's clear that most things are locked under premium but you have to explore each item to know. Why make it feel as if I can access more?
