4 stars: really solid game with a bunch of intertwining and interesting mechanics. a lot of things are unfortunately very unclear to me, though (I.e. the difference between passive and active sidekick skills, most of the sidekick skills wording, and the effect of the
3 stars: Good game and the updates have improved it, but I have 2 big issues. First, skills and bonuses still run down time while watching an ad, which really stinks when activating the auto-merge skill. Second, there are no cumulative rewards for all the ads you have to watch to progress at a decent rate. would be nice if every few ads you could choose a permanent bonus, like the ones in gem shop or hero tab.
2 stars: The game is fun but constantly unable to find an ad to upgrade the benefits really sucks, there's no way to request help in game as there is no settings options. They've updated and have actually installed a name change option! in the weirdest section of the menu screen mind you. (upgrade character screen) looks like it might be a throw of the dice to get your name accepted but it's an improvement.
