5 stars: I'm honestly, fairly sure, that it's been the open Wi-Fi network, that's the root cause of the entirety of the connection issues, that I'd experienced whilst here, but I've honestly had to re-login to the Talkatone application fairly frequently, just letting ya know, so dat you're able TO catch this issue, on your side, before/unless it spread throughout other users!!
4 stars: I wish my regular phone service had a voicemail message transcription/send to email option. Love that feature. I've been using Talkatone for years for calls to the US with no issues. Only challenge I have had is having incoming calls ring through on my phone. I can't seem to get that to happen. It might be a setting I'm not sure about in the free version.
4 stars: Mostly great because it's free texting. However, it has a lot of drawbacks. All calls gave a delay, so it's basically useless for phone calls. Also, you can't send or receive pictures, and if someone sends you a pic, it not only doesn't show up, but the sender has no idea that it's not showing up. So it can cause a lot of confusion, and make people think you're ignoring them.
3 stars: Sometimes calls don't come through, has connection issues. Will have to close the program and reopen it to work. Otherwise works ok. There's a bit of lag time when in a conversation with someone.
