5 stars: Up until now, this is the best app among all the tele companies apps. But, I promise I'll come back and edit this rating whenever you stop being so.
5 stars: I think this app is better than all telec companies in Egypt. Super smooth and very good UI Love the overall experience. They added many features that I really needed to use in short time and they're always resolving the customer's issues. Update: the last update is the worst interface ever So bad!!
4 stars: The app is very user friendly however there are some features not clear. For example the Etisalat gift feature says

3 stars: Good app, easy to use. Nice interface. My biggest problem with etisalat is that when I recharge my phone to renew my internet bundle, at times it automatically renews a bundle that I did not choose. Please, work on that. Let me choose the bundle I want. Again, the former version of this app offered a lot of gifts which are no longer available now.
3 stars: Good app, but it’s down most of the time, may be from the Back-end database itself. Anyway, thanks for your services and please keep updating the APP until reaching to the best.
2 stars: the app has a problem in sending the balance immediately after it deducts from my credit card. last month it sends me the balance after 2 hours of charging, and now i charged to a friend and still h...
