5 stars: Amazing for a free game. The game has tons of power ups. it murders Mario Kart in that respect. I've already gotten to level 14 and it's come to the point that so many unrealistic things happen to make me lose that I'm constantly laughing. The online challenges are great too. The only annoying challenges are the swerving ones, otherwise, an amazing free game.
4 stars: PROs: more tracks, more power-ups, more cars, more avatars, two spots for power ups, race against asynchronous ghost players. CONs: doesn't synchronize with google play (can't synchronize your progress on multiple devices), the game chooses which two races you can race at any given time, some races feel unbalanced (your're at level 5, racing against level 7 and 8 players), loss of control when racing to win a new car.
3 stars: I've been playing BBR 2 for a long time. Always loved the game except for the time eariler this year when they changed the game play, but now back and playing again. But, what do you do after you upgrade all the power ups to max? What do I do with the coins & gems you earn? Can't use them for level up. Can't use them to buy cars. Nothing to play for now. Also it takes forever to move to the next level. No attainable goals now.
