5 stars: So far seems to be working well. Had issues on my cell phone. Looks like regardless of where you set your location from you cell you get a error because of the sim card you have in your phone. I read you can go on airplane mode or remove sim and should work but I still had issues. I installed on my tablet instead and it works perfectly. Hope this info helps if someone is having trouble on your cell phone.
3 stars: When I started my subscription 3 years ago, using it in China was really good. In the past year, however, the quality across all the platforms I have been using it on has been terrible. Frequent disconnections, low speeds, or long outage periods where it won't connect at all. I will likely try out competitors at the end of this subscription cycle. It is so important to have a reliable connection here.
3 stars: Great option for a vpn. I have some issues connecting to certain servers, but overall it's been reliable. My biggest problem has been with the initial sign-in. I needed to be connected to a different VPN in order to sign into express vpn. Edit: sorry your support couldn't fix the problem. I realize my circumstances aren't usual, but I was otherwise cut off from the internet unless connected to a VPN.
