5 stars: Although some products do not match description of items; however, I have ordered several items that were beyond what I expected. Lots of variety of items and only had to return 2. The app has plenty of choices and great pricing. Shipping fee could be lower especially when more than 1 item is packaged together.
4 stars: Fast delivery considering the distance. Shame they don't have the option for multiple buys and cheap shipping on small, light objects, yet . . . It would certainly be an incentive to get three or four of some of the small, cheap, light products in a single package, as for them the shipping is prohibitively high in comparison to the item price.
3 stars: It seems like the app has gotten a little better over the years, but what still bugs me I can't stack promo codes. I lost my highest one (40% off) a few years ago because I entered it and then entered one of my redeemed 15% ones. It reverted to the 15% one, and deleted the 40% one when I hadn't even used it! On top of that, weekly stamp completion only gets you 5% off usually‼️ 5% off on Cyber Monday - Whoop-de-doo sorry
3 stars: Overall good but sometimes you get really sketchy quality or different items that what is pictured. Their refund policy is ok, but they question you when you request a refund for bad or missing products. I guess you get what you pay for.
