5 stars: Very nice application, thanks to management team. Please the App are not working since 5 days....is it possible to Uninstall it and reinstall it again without losing my groups and channels and videos. Thanks.
4 stars: Me experience was overall good. There's only one issue and that's privacy. We should be able to make ourselves to be seen offline for others. 4 star is because of that one and only reason (that's how it's important to me).
4 stars: Lag problem for sometimes, please fix this problem. Download and Updating Speed is too slow. 😒
3 stars: This is one of the oldest messenging platforms out there. So it's not a surprise that they have lits of great features. My core issue and a big one at that is that it's not a secure platform. It doesn't sell itself to be such but in this day and age where 1 in 4 is a victim of ID theft, it's better to use platforms like Signal, Telegram or Element.
2 stars: This app is glitchy. Keeps saying trying to connect, or updating and won't send messages. Sometimes images wont send, and links randomly show up with what looks like russian text. Tried reinstalling it several times. Only have it because some of my family members started using it and its garbage.
