3 stars: The game itself is a nice time burner. I don't mind the need for ads to speed things up, however its hit and miss on whether you'll get the time bonus. Ads also seem to be obsessed with Mistplay which crash the app or freeze, forcing a restart. To say this is annoying is an understatement. Time will tell if I'll stick to it, as without watching some ads, the game would be painfully slow.
3 stars: A pretty cute game but crashes after ads quite a bit which can get annoying because you not only lose the reward but this can erase any emergency you were working on. Hope this gets fixed soon.
2 stars: Decent game but a couple of painful mechanics. First of all, any bonuses you get for watching a million ads wipe out the second you turn off your screen. This also goes for any side missions that are timed (ambulance). Literally just have to keep touching the screen to keep it awake but the game is so slow moving that unless you pay or watch a million ads, you won't progress at any reasonable speed.
2 stars: The game is fun at first as others have said. I'm so glad I didn't opt to pay for ad free as it's $14 and the game just ends. There's no point to the ICU after the missions. Also there's some technical issues. Anytime you have an emergency if you close the app and come right back it's gone along with any bonuses.
