5 stars: Beyond expectations! It's a limited app for coffee connectivity and ordering, but they REALLY made sure the ordering and payment process was a breeze. It always adds the best available promo and reminds me to get recycling bags, payment is simplified, and (most importantly) they don't spam notifications just to increase interaction. Great app.

4 stars: The app has been improved since my initial review. Now 4 stars. Less of a learning curve. The app could use more space between each pod description. I have the font set a little larger than the default and some of the pod descriptions are obscured by the next pod description. I would appreciate it if you could design more room between pod descriptions. Other than that, the app is good.
3 stars: Although the app itself usually does what I need it to, I find it a bit too basic and have to backtrack a lot. I'd like to see options for more details and descriptions for each coffee. At the risk of sounding snobbish, when we choose to use Nespresso, there is a certain mystic around the whole experience. I feel the app is somewhat lacking, it is pretty rudimentary.
