5 stars: I wanted to update my review based on the newest updates. This is the best app for audio coaching I have ever tried. You can have a trainer (in your ear) with you at the gym, on your runs, walks or in your home. The coaching is fabulous and so motivating. Noticed results very quickly! Thank you for bringing back the curated music or allowing us to use our own, great feature. Love this app!
5 stars: Great workout app, very motivating. Some trainers don't explain the moves as well as others but usually a quick pause and Google solves that. There are a lot of body weight/mat only classes so you don't need equipment (or even a lot of space) to do the exercises. Having it be all voice and music really helps you focus on the workout and put everything into it rather than doing it while watching TV etc
4 stars: I like this app as someone who has access to headphones, a treadmill, a gym and the outdoors. Checks all the boxes. Love that it's audio guided so you don't have to have your phone out staring at it. Edit- upon having this for a while I've noticed the algorithm for selecting from workouts isn't the greatest. Shows the same like 15 workouts even though there are tones on the app. You just have to search.
