5 stars: I think this app is better than all telec companies in Egypt. Super smooth and very good UI Love the overall experience. They added many features that I really needed to use in short time and they're always resolving the customer's issues. Update: the last update is the worst interface ever So bad!!
5 stars: Recharge not working and keeps loading forever and spin and win ask for money for prize so it's not a prize I reported it using facebook and it was horrible expierance and nothing fixed and if made an ticket in the it closes and tell you te send the report through the mail wich is fine with me but nobody responded
4 stars: The app is very user friendly however there are some features not clear. For example the Etisalat gift feature says

3 stars: Until now, I am still unable to pay my ADSL using the App. 😡 And the live chat feature is a joke. I selected English. Every time I wrote, the App just auto-replied with bla bla bla that I could not even hard-press to copy and paste for translation.🤦🏻‍♀️
