5 stars: This app has been very useful when I've needed it to scan work related documents. I find it pretty easy to use which is a plus. The quality of the image captures from my phone are good, tho I've only used the B&W setting. I have my old scanner sitting in the closet and it's not likely that I'll be using it any time soon.
4 stars: Good scan, pages come out great. Batch mode is a bit clumsy, pages slide around too easily and you can accidentally mix them up. Also I wish there were a way to re-take individual pages in a batch. I scanned a 30-page document and messed up the photo of page 22, and I had to redo the whole thing. Maybe it's just me.
4 stars: A little fiddly and takes time but much better than another app I tried. I used it to scan a passport. I think that scanning from a greater distance will result in a more consistent quality across the page.
3 stars: Does an ok job scanning but the video advertisements are a bit shocking. I just had it blasting out about my purchase of Incontinence Underwear - thank God I was home alone but imagine if I was in an elevator or something! And there's no way I can find to make the blasting video advertisements stop. Also it's hard to get the app to turn off when you're done.
