5 stars: I think this app is better than all telec companies in Egypt. Super smooth and very good UI Love the overall experience. They added many features that I really needed to use in short time and they're always resolving the customer's issues. Update: the last update is the worst interface ever So bad!!
5 stars: I found no problems using Etisalat app and communications in phone calls .internet and other social media programs. I like so much the offer of daily gifts, this im my view is very attractive for customers and users of the app.please keep at it. Best regards for more perfection

3 stars: Until now, I am still unable to pay my ADSL using the App. 😡 And the live chat feature is a joke. I selected English. Every time I wrote, the App just auto-replied with bla bla bla that I could not even hard-press to copy and paste for translation.🤦🏻‍♀️
