5 stars: hello! this is the best app for messaging that is in the market right now. i hope you don't give up on this, try advertising your app more! you will get a lot of users for sure. (this app got it all and it will sure dominate the market)
4 stars: Me experience was overall good. There's only one issue and that's privacy. We should be able to make ourselves to be seen offline for others. 4 star is because of that one and only reason (that's how it's important to me).
4 stars: clear history or clear all chats is not at hand or easily accessible, please add an option to remove chat history on the main page
3 stars: This is one of the oldest messenging platforms out there. So it's not a surprise that they have lits of great features. My core issue and a big one at that is that it's not a secure platform. It doesn't sell itself to be such but in this day and age where 1 in 4 is a victim of ID theft, it's better to use platforms like Signal, Telegram or Element.
3 stars: Notifications has stopped working , so I don't know who 's messaging me. Video feature hasn't worked on my partners phone since, or calls
2 stars: It's really degraded of late. Mobile app doesn't show the preview, just a black image for when you send a photo Desktop also...
