4 stars: Would've been 5 stars but sometimes I select a price and then the price changes before I arrive at my destination. Since I'm visiting and don't have WiFi everywhere, I don't get any notification regarding the change. I don't think the price should change once I have already accepted the old price. This has happened several times now. Otherwise muy Bueno.
4 stars: Its a good app in general. Be aware that drivers accept the trips and then cancel them. I then realised that it was because I was on a main street and they couldn't stop. The app should mention this. I had to wait 15 min or more and had 4 drivers cancel, it was quite frustrating. The rating system has limited options for what went wrong. If I write a comment but don't select one of those options it doesn't let me rate 😑
3 stars: How is it possible not to have a customer service hotline in egypt??? And how is it possible not being ablebto edit ur trip after starting the ride?? I wanted to add a stop that wouldn't change the entire trip and wouldn't take a long time because i wanted the fair price, but I couldn't do that!! The captain had to use his own trip tracker device. This is ridiculous !!
