5 stars: Superb experience. I have all dialog connections and i'm managing all of these by my Dialog app. But in the end i'd like to tell the worst thing is connection speed..That is really fed up
4 stars: Very disappointed with new update. I had to register again and save my card. When I try to do so app is not responsive. I had try several times to make it happen. Make it more reliable and fast enough.
4 stars: App is working good. But after the new update can't see the data and voice (The pie chart diagram) usage facility in app. I hope you will fixed this bug ASAP.
3 stars: Dialog doesn't warn you when your allocated time is over or when you have exceeded your data quota, for 99/- and 199/- packages. Sending a warning SMS when there is 100Mb is useless. At least give a warning when there is 20Mb remaining, or 12hours of data time remaining. We end up wasting all our credit balance due to this. Some people may call this fraudulent.
2 stars: You should get help of professional app developers to rectify the slowness issue. Although you are continuously working to rectify the slowness (as you always reply), this issue still exists since the first release of the app. I am using the latest version.
2 stars: There's a bug that we can't set nicknames if we add more than 5 connections. Also app is super slow to start on low and mid range devices, navigating takes minutes rather than seconds. Even my fairly high end phone is slow when it comes to in app navigati...
