5 stars: The app is quite helpful and its good to have something which you company is directly can be involved in any kind of transaction in my case it was service.
3 stars: this thing is weirdo, online chat didn't work, after choosing product nothing happens except message that something not available, just want to ask, why one year warranty starts from mfd date but not from date of purchase.
3 stars: To all those that can't launch the app, I was able to find it on my ROG 5 by going in to Settings >> Support >> MyAsus. The app only launched normally through the Play Store after initially launching it through setting -- I would give the app a fourth star if the app was accessible normally. I have not had a support experience just yet with Asus to gauge on the final star ✨
2 stars: I says that MyAsus is installed in my ROG5 phone... But if I search it, I will not find it. Such a joke. Bought 2 ROG5 phone 5 months ago. 1 unit totally dead without reason, the other one have a wifi connection problem... Went to Asus service center... Parts is not ready in 3-4 weeks...
