Please add this option in careem to call the customer even after starting the trip because after starting the trip, when the customer goes inside their house or somewhere else and they forgets that I had traveled in careem, then the drivers unable to call the customer please update this option, this is necessary and this will help alot to careem drivers, thank you.
2 stars: Very good for some specific driver otherwise be online 18 or 20 hours no trip. In one week only 5 trips are offered to me.
2 stars: Bad useing experience Application doesn't support for single type of rides. If i select delivery, Application automatically select all types of Ride. Captain can't use it normally. It is hastate the Captain for normal using. The developers need more improvement like Uber Application.
