5 stars: Pretty fun sim. Easy and laid back. Not too hard to pick up and start learning. Only negative is the energy system. Really needs to auto replenish over time. Only negative is I can't figure out why the offside line / flag feature is random instead of permanent. Sometimes I have a green offsides line and sometimes I don't. Also have random games with a slow motion shot feature. Very weird.
4 stars: Love the game, I've played it for years. But couple problems, it's way too hard to get Captaincy for the international team. I've won world player of the year 3 times and im still not captain. Also, I had the ecl final coming up and I didn't get to play it because of WCQ, which is dumb, scheduling shouldn't make important games like this conflict. The least you could do is give us the option to choose
4 stars: Am a big fan of New Stars 'Retro' games, both Bowl & Goal but find this a little too complicated to play smoothly. I understand the need for details but there is way too much here & its a real headache to keep track of. EDIT: took me awhile to get into it but have gotten much better at it & finding it enjoyable. I tend to prefer your typical team v team games but this is solid enough to hold my interest, so a keeper for now for sure!
