4 stars: Add a chat support available for ongoing orders. I received a call in regard to my order but i cant understand what the agent was saying due to poor voice quality(might be due to signal or something). So its better to add a live chat support for ongoing orders only. Additional: please add a way for us to send tip to the driver after the delivery.

2 stars: This app was good i can order food for my friends even I live in the US.. but lately the app is giving me hard time to order.. everytime I try to pay for my order. It keep saying payment failed.. and wont accept my card.. even my card is working properly.. hope you fix it right away so I can continue to order and send food to my love one even Im not in the area.. its a good app but starting to disappoint me..
