5 stars: Hands down the best food delivery app on the planet. All aspects 5 stars: interface, variety, speed, customer service, etc.. All top shelf. Keep up the great work @ Caviar!
5 stars: Good selection and good functionality.
4 stars: The service and processes are the same as doordash but with not as much variety and also not compatible with doordash credits. But dashpass benefits are compatible if you're paying on the same card at least. There isn't any noticeable quality difference in delivery times compared to doordash, but I haven't had a bad experience either. I'm hoping there will be more restaurant selections soon.
4 stars: The experience is smooth compared to some of the other apps and I know what is happening to my order . My issue is knowing which restaurants are open versus not. Also when I tried to schedule early (which was offered) it didn't work. Not sure why. However I enjoy the online experience with them. Hope they will add more restaurants soon.
3 stars: Very closely resembling doordash. Only I would rank doordash a step above. Much fewer discount offers or specials. Also... Many restaurants in this app are varied but seen a bit more distance away.
3 stars: I would recommended more coupons or promo codes it's too expensive even for pick up
2 stars: This app is not compatible with the latest Android update and is disrupting the display on my phone. Please update asap
