5 stars: Love the app and it's features. My device improved a lot and became more stable after installing the firmware. For the people having issues on the app waiting for the headphone to be connected via Bluetooth, make sure you go to Apps permission and allow the app to have access to storage as well as Location for BLE to work.
4 stars: UPDATE: AKG support responded to my email and I can finally connect the buds to the app but it can be difficult to do at times. Unlocked all the features of the buds. App doesn't work on Android 10 or higher. Unfortunately you don't find this out until after you buy the N-400 ear buds.
2 stars: EDIT: I think the firmware update v1.7.1 conducted in the app seemed to have fix the issue. Had the same issue as all the other feedbacks.... Audio cuts out after like a minute but the song still shows that it is playing when there is no sound at all, and headphone is still connected to my phone. However this only happens on my note 9 and not on my laptop.
