5 stars: I do enjoy and support this game but... My issue is each season is 60ish days long but you can get stuck waiting for 1 item for 4+ weeks just to progress a bit more and then sit stuck again. Other than that big issue I have, you guys are doing awesome and so much work fixing all the smaller issues. Thank you!
4 stars: It's such a fun game, but it keeps turning off and when I try to make purchases it takes my money and doesn't give me anything back so then I have to go through Google and ask for my money back I lose a lot of my scores because the game turns off really aggravating cuz it's a fun game it would just work right and developer doesn't write me back about fixing any of the problems...update..thanks for fixing some of the problems!
4 stars: The server upgrades are a welcome fix. We actually were able to drop balls and submit without crashing the game. Thank you USA and further are completely locked out from your server issues.what exactly did you optimize? Ok so I will give the new developers benefit of the doubt. I have raised to 4 stars as there is now a customer service presence. Come on guys, I would love to raise you to 5
3 stars: I love this game! There are bugs, but game is new and support staff seems to be working hard to fix the bugs! But they seem to update some things and not fix the things that are broken in the game, like trying to collect pieces, especially the higher star pieces for the side game that they've made next to impossible...
