5 stars: Hands down the best food delivery app on the planet. All aspects 5 stars: interface, variety, speed, customer service, etc.. All top shelf. Keep up the great work @ Caviar!
4 stars: The service and processes are the same as doordash but with not as much variety and also not compatible with doordash credits. But dashpass benefits are compatible if you're paying on the same card at least. There isn't any noticeable quality difference in delivery times compared to doordash, but I haven't had a bad experience either. I'm hoping there will be more restaurant selections soon.
4 stars: App and location functions can be slow, but this is a great way to order online from smaller local spots that don't have their own app.
3 stars: Very closely resembling doordash. Only I would rank doordash a step above. Much fewer discount offers or specials. Also... Many restaurants in this app are varied but seen a bit more distance away.
2 stars: get a ton of emails from them offering special promotions then when you try to use the promo code it says it's not a valid promo or its not valid on your account. typical bait and switch tactic.
