5 stars: Im not disappointed with the app. I always give priority to the business that struggling to get success. Even though the apps not update anythings and very low customer as comapare with othe platforms. If they really wana compete with other they need to get more updated app like others and I dont know Im only getting less trip even not 1 in a month sometimes. So please do improvements in the app.
5 stars: From today onwards, auto fare is hike from Rs.21 to 23. But it is noticed that OLA Has not corrected the new implementation. Today I completed one rite at Rs 21/- only. For this reason, many times I tried to contact pimpri Chinchwad ola office on phone but nobody responded. It is suggested that there is required mobile number also other than landline.
4 stars: Thanks to Ola to provide a facility to know your drop location in advance. Would like to share following points. 1. Please fix the bug as Mobile gets too much heated during operating. Resulting an App doesn't work properly and some times stop to respond. 2. Few customer's gives wrong drop location to save some money. Extra Kms to be added in total fare. 3. The list of choose your issue's to be updated. Please add
