4 stars: Almost on par with the Uber Driver app. The upfront net payment fare for an airport drop-off trip is shown inclusive of the airport drop-off charge, which is payable by the driver. This is incorrect. The upfront net fare shown, must be the net take home pay after all expenses. The airport drop-off fee must not be shown as income.
3 stars: Functionality wise it's very user friendly and straight forward, the thing I don't like is that if you decline cars trips then your driver score goes down, I think that flexibility is needed if I was to add a feature I would add a button to accept card only cash only or cash with card
3 stars: I have been having serious issues with the app since 23/06/2022, when I had my vehicle inspection. So many back and forth's with no end in sight, simply because there is no inspection upload option in the driver's portal. After more that 3yrs on the platform! Same me same vehicle. I'm really confused and don't know what to and it looks like Bolt also has no idea how to fix it.
2 stars: The app is decent but there is a lot needs to improve, the map is lagging, drivers not able to thank passengers that gives you tips, sometimes leads you through close barriers/roads which result (us) the drivers getting bad rating and money after ride not showing it takes ages before you see the fares. I can write an essay about the app, however start improvement from what I mentioned above 2/5.
