5 stars: I appreciate all of the opportunities that the universe app offers but the app often crashes and is still very laggy after almost 2 years. Edit 6/17/22: App updated and reorganized. It feels like universe took the users comments to heart and redesigned certain aspects of the app. It's not easy to use and does not crash. Thank you!
4 stars: Artists can send voice messages now in private message but we can't save it, please allow save function. Is there no way to copy text because the auto translation sometimes can be bad and need to be externally translated. Please allow to search through FNS and private messages. The app is much better than previous, but it still can be better. Please allow us to get free
3 stars: has better UI after the new update, but the option to translate individual chats are gone. sometimes i only need to translate individual chat bubbles instead of the whole convo. please bring this feature back. the playback on media sometimes stopped by itself saying i have bad connection (i dont) and i have to close and reopen to continue listening to the media. please fix this.
2 stars: I feel for the lower level developers who must have worked on this app, there's no way they'd have wanted to release a product this broken. The media player, specifically, is really bad.
