5 stars: Update: Haven't seen video ads for some time now. ** Please get rid of ads that play automatically, on full volume, when the app is opened or keep it muted with the option to activate sound left to the customer. It is obnoxious and an irritant. Tried leaving this feedback on the app. The
5 stars: A brilliant app with a brilliant user experience. I would preffer it to all but there's one thing ther troubles me is that when we participate in the 20 GB lucky draw the app never shows the name of the winner to other participants. If you show the names of the winners to all the participants it would be great. 👍 Thank You!!
4 stars: This is an ideal all in one app if you're using Jio simcard and Jio Fibre. I've never really explored the potential it holds and am discovering it only now. It has very good features and also the best part it they have enough manpower to backup their services. I feel the app has alot of potentials and would hold key to a big wide world of new things.
4 stars: Great app and experience. But the app has too many things and is difficult to navigate and easy to get lost. Also experience lag in the app. UI revamp is a must. Also remove that blue color, looks bad.
3 stars: It was working well until today, when I open the app it wasn't opening. So I update it, but still it was at the 'fetching account details' so I log out of my acc and try to log back in but it isn't even logging. I don't know what the issue is but pls solve this prob...
