5 stars: Honestly I was sceptical at first. There's a lot of apps and sites telling you you can get deals but hopper really did it for me. I was able to get a low price even in high season, saving about 500 to 700$ on my flights. Best part I think was how easy it is to see what one or 2 days before and after would cost. This way I was able to avoid the spikes.
5 stars: I have been using this app for years! It has always got me the best deal and the predictions are very accurate! I got to go home to Vietnam for Christmas and saved extra few hundred dollars thanks to Hoppers! However, there is always room for improvements! I'd like to have an options to choose when I can depart and arrive. I also want to see the airline reviews on the apps such as Skyscanner have. Other than that, this app is amazing!
3 stars: Not recommended. If you have to cancel a flight or other reservation, you can't rebook it yourself, you have to send them a request for them to do it for you. Not by chat or quick email but request a email back that take a couple hours. Thankfully, my ticket was still available by the time they replied but it makes it very inconvenient to rebook something that could take 10 minutes instead takes 4 hours including waiting time.
