5 stars: It is highly recommedable App. But there is some additional features that can be included. Like - * Specific complaint section about bus and staff with a file uploading fuction. * It should live tracking of the schedule buses. Pls. Note- There are few users of Chartr App due to its complications It should be made user friendly. And finally this is useful for most of the users.
5 stars: Nice app but some time bus arrive on the route but bus was not showing in the app. Maybe the driver forgot to allowed gps system. So this may be considered to driver to check their gps system before driving the bus, for the better service.
5 stars: This is a really good app that allows you to get tickets in public buses easily in a contact-free manner. I am a regular user of the app and am impressed with the convenience it provides. It did have a minor issue while adding money to the chartr wallet before but the developers addressed my concerned once raised and were really helpful.
4 stars: App in nice and working well. Only issue is with bus gps which is not working in all buses and sometimes gos data doesn't work at all. Also waiting for walllet to be added soon for easy payment and convince. Hope to see the updates soon!!
