4 stars: I have made more progress on my journey because of the tools, lessons and support found in this app. The downside is the cost which may be a deterrent to some as not all features are unlocked without joining. For me, the cost was worth it as I've found it to be invaluable. Being able to see my progress over the last number of weeks from bad days to more and more good days is so helpful and encouraging.
5 stars: Excellent guided meditations! Easy to use, you can pick what you'd like to focus on and what you'd like your ambient noise to be! The check in/assessment feature is also so helpful. Also love love LOVE that they're offering their premium meditations for free right now, so many people are in need and it is refreshing to see an app that could be profiting from people's need to find mental well being actually looking out for it! Thank you!
4 stars: Being able to see long-term patterns related to certain habits or moods is pretty important for creating action plans. \
4 stars: This app is good at making me slow down and enjoy life. However I find that I know many of the strategies from previous life experience. Additionally being in a rural setting some of the guided practice seems off because it will cue me to hear traffic or see a person when there is not one around. That is more of a situational issue though.
