3 stars: Refuses to download unless I'm connected to WiFi. This is to access billing and account of my mobile phone service provider. I don't think I should need WiFi to simply view bills from my provider. ..... Thank you for your speedy response. I have added a couple more stars as I see my issue should be easily resolved and the app should work after that
3 stars: Uses android Web browser to load in pages in desktop mode which is useless on an app. Needs to show actual data, mins, texts rather than just unlimited until you click. Would like an option to log in using code by text as biometrics doesn't work properly on my phone and it takes too long to enter password.
3 stars: When filling out an online form to change my number over it didn't tell me how to format the number, leading to confusion. For example I put 07(my old number) into the form I was filling in and it didn't recognise it despite being correct. I tried putting +44 at the beginning, still didn't recognise it. It was only when I received a message telling me my number had been switched over that I deduced that I was meant to leave out the \
3 stars: It works ok but why does the app keep running in the background. If it continues doing so it will have to go because I can't see any reason for it. UPDATE. The app appears not to be running in the background now but I will keep a close watch on it.
