5 stars: This is a great app. I love how it's all locally stored data and there's no ads! I've also got some friend's finches coming over and I love seeing the different outfits and colors! what a great way to remind yourself to take care of yourself and those around you, the hashtag system allows you to reflect on all the entries and activities and even gives you mood insights. I can't recommend this app enough.
5 stars: This has been the absolute best app I've ever had for self-care, mood tracking, journaling, grounding exercises, to do lists... it has everything! And the best part for me is that it's basically a game too, which keeps it fun! The free version is stellar and I love that you can see trends in your emotions and how things affect your mood. Absolutely genius!! I want to do the full version at some point to support the creators!!!!
5 stars: I've been using the app for 5 days and it's just what i needed! It's very cute and the exercises, reflections etc. that it provides do a good job of balancing different types of wellness such as physical, emotional social, and environmental! It prompts a good variety of healthy activities and also great for creating your own personal plan for specific goals!
