5 stars: Beautiful long lasting sounds that repeat easily. I take a lot longer than half an hour to fall asleep most nights and I can leave this playing on repeat until I'm supposed to wake up. The cat purring is my favourite one to listen to while working! They have an incredibly responsive customer service team as well.
5 stars: I love this app! Practice makes habits. I've started being able to automatically use the tools I'm learning in the 30 days to meditate, throughout the day when I feel anxiety crash in. Some nights, I put in earbuds and fall asleep to loops of beautiful music or sleep stories. I've gotten a better handle on anxiety, panic attacks, and am actually getting more sleep. I like choosing the same ones over and over, sometimes trying a new one mixed in with the faves so I hope they all stick around! Something I've found I don't love is the way the streaks and stats show up when I open it. It kind of makes me anxious. I'd rather navigate there as an option instead of seeing it right away.
