3 stars: I am having trouble with the app freezing up. I have to close the app so it can start working again. It happens more when i am in the middle of a delivery, also the map keeps re-routing for some reason. 3 stars: I love the concept and the financial freedom, but I have frequent issues with the app. It's buggy, it stops working, it sends me to the wrong address and doesn't know it, it won't allow me to load images. Something frequently goes wrong that stops me from moving forward. Customer service is responsive and kind but there isn't anything they can do except to uninstall and reinstall the app. I do this at least weekly.
4 stars: UPDATE: (4/15/22) A day after I posted my original review, the app switched to opening Google Maps in a separate window, which has been a HUGE headache! It was so much easier and seamless when directions were in-app. Now I have to switch back and forth to look for the customer's more detailed direc...
