5 stars: Downloading SpotHero has been a life saver! My university's parking is expensive ($5/hr!) so being able to find cheaper garages nearby has been great. I have found the customer service line to be slow. Twice I've called with a concern and it was a long wait. After a while, either myself or the garage workers figured the problem out so no big deal but it makes me worried what if I really need them in the future and they don't answer.
5 stars: Wife went to see a show on Broadway. I used the app to reserve a spot for her. Not only was the whole process easy, she said we saved $20 vs the advertised rate at the garage. Will definitely be using it again!
