3 stars: The app is extremely basic, does not have any advanced function so there's a lot of room for improvement. I wish it had notifications every time a new device joins to the network and when the connectivity to the internet fails. Also add speed limits per device would be great to have.
5 stars: Excellent app for the excellent Tenda mesh MW12 system! It makes it easy to check and administrate the network. I don't understand the low ratings. I am a retired computer professional and can assure everybody it works very well, at least when using it with the 3rd party fibre router I got from my IP.
3 stars: The hardware is pretty good but it's let down by the app. I used to be able to change location info for a device, but now it fails. The data transfer arrows never show any throughout at all. At one time I did see individual arrows for each device, but no longer. I can't remove a device from the config that's not powered up any longer. Who tests updates before they get released? Please fix.
3 stars: Not enough options: manage different SSIDs for 2 and 5 wifi. Hard to add new node from another set. Can't copy info from node description. Can't force use LAN backhaul to turn off wifi backhaul, or to use wifi backhaul channel for clients data. (I did not use nova in router mode, only AP/bridge)
